ICT is affiliated to a South African consulting company DBCon which also owned by Mr. Brian Nel that will assist with providing qualified consulting staff to carry out the work laid out below.
About Us
Our CEO and Senior Project Manager, Brian Nel, has almost 40 years’ experience in the Electrical Engineering and Project Management fields. He has worked on projects across South Africa, Central and West Africa including DRC, Sweden and Holland, accumulating over 60 000 hours of project management experience, having also lectured in Saudi Arabia.
Brian has numerous project and management accreditations, including CMI London (Fellow), PMI, APMA, IPMA, PMSA, is a 6 Sigma Black Belt and is registered as an Electrical Engineer with SAIEE. Brian also has a Masters’ Degree in Project Management from the University of Roehampton in London and is presently researching a Doctorate in Business Administration with the Alfred Nobel University in Zurich and the Collegium Humanus University in Warsaw.
Brian is also a certified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator with SETA (South Africa Education and Training Accreditations).
In the future ITC aims to open training centres in the main cities to practically train school and university students, as well as those who have left school and wanting to further their education, in the practical aspects of engineering principles taught at the academic institutions.
In addition, ICT aims to provide mentorship for students and academics alike in expanding the knowledge base within the country.
