The company aims to accompany companies through revolutionary change that will elevate the Technicians Skills in the industrial and mining sectors of the economy, ensure safe working standards, high engineering and project management standards, and minimise dependence on imports of technology and expertise in the future.
Currently there is a gap between the need for practical knowledge and training and the availability of skilled trainers with the necessary knowledge and experience to add value to a Congolese national workforce that are ready to drive change in the economy and in the country. National Engineering and Safety standards require revision to bring the regulation of technical and engineering standards in line with those recognised globally and those standards need to be conveyed to those in the field by means of training. Once revised and approved, the standards need to be enforced through the support of the national regulators.
An opportunity exists to train Congolese nationals to expand the knowledge of those in mining and industry country wide, and to encourage the youth of the country to choose a career that will contribute to the improvement of living standards, education standards and the economy of the country as a whole. In doing so the dependence on external interventions will diminish and industry will progress to becoming independent by developing internally trained resources. Resources that will enable local project management, engineering design, mining, engineering, electrical and IT network upgrades and possible export of locally designed and produced equipment and materials in the future
